Stefon Diggs is expected to make his preseason debut Saturday against Detroit, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.Diggs, Terry McLaurin and Jayden Daniels are all lined up to play Saturday after all three sat out of the Washington Commanders' preseason opener against the Dolphins on Friday, Aug. 14. Diggs joined the Commanders in early August on a one-year, $12 million contract after playing for the Patriots in 2025. He's slated to serve as the team's WR2 behind McLaurin, with Luke McCaffrey, Treylon Burks and rookie third-rounder Antonio Williams all competing for the No. 3 role.

Stefon Diggs: Unlikely to re-sign with Patriots
Head coach Mike Vrabel suggested Wednesday that the Patriots aren't interested in re-signing Stefon Diggs at the moment, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
