Winston (quadriceps) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Winston has missed the Titans' last two games due to a quad injury, but he ended Week 7 prep with a full practice, giving him momentum toward a return for Sunday's home tilt. If Winston is cleared to play, then Tony Adams (ankle) would revert to a rotational role in the secondary.
