Winston (quadriceps) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Winston did not play in the Titans' Week 6 win over the Colts due to a quadriceps injury. The safety remains constrained by the injury and will need to upgrade to full participation by Friday's practice to head into Week 7 against the Browns without any injury designation.
