  • Kyle Lowry PG | PHI

    Kyle Lowry: Announces retirement

Lowry signed a one-day contract to retire with the Raptors on Tuesday.

Lowry will call it a career after 20 seasons in the NBA, six All-Star nods -- all of which came with Toronto -- and an NBA championship. The No. 24 overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft played for Memphis, Houston, Toronto, Miami and Philadelphia, finishing with career averages of 12.8 points, 5.6 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 29.4 minutes per contest. During his nine-year stint with the Raptors, Lowry averaged 17.5 points, 7.2 assists, 4.9 rebounds and 1.4 steals across 34.7 minutes per showing.

  • Cavaliers' Donovan Mitchell: Agrees to four-year max extension

Mitchell agreed to a four-year, $273 million max contract extension with the Cavaliers on Tuesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

The deal includes a player option for 2030-31 and a full trade kicker. Along with trade-deadline acquisition James Harden, Mitchell led the Cavaliers to the Eastern Conference Finals last season before fizzling out against the Knicks, averaging 26.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.2 steals across 18 postseason contests. He could've waited until next summer to sign an even larger extension, but the veteran opted to commit early to a long-term deal, proving his loyalty to Cleveland.

  • Nate Ament PF | MIL

Bucks' Nate Ament: Doesn't play Monday

Ament (undisclosed) didn't play in Monday's 95-89 California Classic Summer League loss to the Kings.

The Bucks' trade with the Heat involving Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) and Ament was made official Monday, though the latter didn't suit up for Milwaukee in its California Classic finale. His next opportunity to make his Summer League debut will come in the Bucks' Las Vegas Summer League opener against the Heat on Friday.

  • Cormac Ryan SG | MIL

Bucks' Cormac Ryan: Doesn't play Monday

Ryan (undisclosed) did not play in Monday's 95-89 California Classic Summer League loss to the Kings.

Ryan missed a second consecutive California Classic game after scoring 13 points in 18 minutes during Saturday's contest against Warriors Blue. His next chance to suit up comes Friday against the Heat in the Bucks' Las Vegas Summer League opener.

  • Kings' Darius Acuff: Scores 22 in SL win

Acuff posted 22 points (7-19 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, three assists, two blocks and a steal in 28 minutes during Monday's 95-89 California Classic Summer League win over the Bucks.

Acuff put together another high-volume scoring display, logging his second 20-plus-point performance in as many California Classic appearances. Over those two games, he averaged 23.5 points, 3.0 assists, 2.5 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocks in 29.0 minutes per contest. One area of intrigue from Monday's game was his performance on the defensive end, as he contributed two blocks and a steal.

  • Bucks' Bogoljub Markovic: Solid all-around effort in SL loss

Markovic amassed 10 points (4-12 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, five assists, two steals and two blocks across 28 minutes in Monday's 95-89 California Classic Summer League loss to the Kings.

Markovic struggled from beyond the arc once again, though he still scored in double figures and was one of four Milwaukee players to do so. The 20-year-old big man also showcased his passing and rebounding abilities, leading the Bucks in both rebounds and assists. Additionally, he filled up the stat sheet on the defensive end, closing as one of three Bucks players with four combined steals-plus-blocks.

  • Bucks' Brayden Burries: Scores 12 points in SL debut

Burries tallied 12 points (3-8 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), two rebounds and one assist across 16 minutes in Monday's 95-89 California Classic Summer League loss to the Kings.

Burries missed the Bucks' first two California Classic outings but made his Summer League debut Monday, albeit while playing limited minutes. The No. 10 overall pick in this year's draft had a forgettable night from beyond the arc but still finished as Milwaukee's third-leading scorer. Burries and the Bucks will now turn their attention toward the Las Vegas Summer League, where they'll open play against the Heat on Friday.

  • Tre Donaldson PG | MIA

Heat's Tre Donaldson: Well-rounded outing in SL win

Donaldson generated 15 points (6-16 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-3 FT), six assists, five rebounds and three steals across 30 minutes in Monday's 95-85 California Classic Summer League win over Warriors Gold.

Donaldson moved into the starting lineup Monday and struggled with efficiency, though he still finished as Miami's third-leading scorer while delivering a solid all-around performance. The 22-year-old point guard, who signed a two-way pact with the Heat after going undrafted this year, also led the team in assists and steals. He scored in double figures in two of his three California Classic appearances, dishing out at least four assists in two outings as well.

  • Warriors' Lachlan Olbrich: Scores 21 in SL loss

Olbrich logged 21 points (7-7 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 3-5 FT), six rebounds, one assist and a steal in 22 minutes during Monday's 95-85 California Classic Summer League loss to the Heat.

Olbrich put together another impressive showing Monday, going perfect from the field en route to a team-high 21 points. The 22-year-old pro has been impressive over his last two appearances, averaging 17.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 18.5 minutes per contest. Olbrich has yet to secure a deal for the 2026 campaign, but his strong showing in Summer League could lead to him garnering a training camp opportunity.

  • Ryan Conwell PG | MIA

Heat's Ryan Conwell: Game-high 26 points in SL win

Conwell contributed 26 points (8-14 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds and four assists across 30 minutes in Monday's 95-85 California Classic Summer League win over Warriors Gold.

Conwell shot just 6-for-18 from the field in Sunday's double-overtime loss to the Lakers, though he was much more efficient Monday en route to a game-high 26-point performance. The rookie shooting guard also knocked down a game-best four triples and finished second on the team in assists. He posted 20-plus points in two of his three California Classic appearances and scored at least 16 points in all of them.
