  • Hunter Sallis SG | PHI

Clippers' Hunter Sallis: Lands Exhibit 10 deal

Sallis agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract with the Clippers on Saturday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.

Sallis could compete for a spot on Los Angeles' regular-season roster during training camp, though the Clippers can waive him at any time since they own his G League rights. The 23-year-old appeared in 36 G League outings between the San Diego Clippers and Delaware Blue Coats last season, averaging 13.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 0.9 steals across 29.1 minutes per contest.

  • Ryan Nembhard PG | DEN

    Ryan Nembhard: Waived by Charlotte

Nembhard was waived by the Hornets on Saturday, NBA reporter Marc Stein reports.

After being traded twice this summer, Nembhard will have the opportunity to find a new home if he clears waivers. The 23-year-old floor general led all rookies in assists per game last season after going undrafted out of Gonzaga in 2025, averaging 6.6 points, 5.3 assists and 2.2 rebounds in 19.5 minutes per contest across 60 regular-season games (27 starts) with the Mavericks.

  • Rob Dillingham PG | CHI

Hornets' Rob Dillingham: Traded to Charlotte

The Hornets acquired Dillingham (wrist) from the Bulls on Saturday in exchange for Buddy Hield and cash, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

Dillingham, the 2024 No. 8 overall pick, has appeared in 114 regular-season games for the Timberwolves and Bulls throughout his career, averaging 5.5 points, 1.6 rebounds and 2.1 assists over 13.0 minutes per contest. It's unknown what kind of role he will have in Charlotte, though it may not be a meaningful one, considering the Hornets have plenty of backcourt depth. Dillingham had minor surgery in April to remove a ganglion cyst but is expected to be ready to go to begin the 2026-27 campaign.

  • Buddy Hield SG | CHI

Bulls' Buddy Hield: On the move again to Chicago

The Bulls acquired Hield (and cash) from the Hornets on Saturday in exchange for Rob Dillingham, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

Hield was recently traded to Charlotte on Tuesday but is on the move again to Chicago. The 33-year-old has spent time with the Pelicans, Kings, Pacers, 76ers, Warriors and Hawks throughout his career. In 765 regular-season appearances, Hield has averaged 14.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists over 27.5 minutes per contest. He's also a career 39.5 percent shooter from deep. Hield could have a tough time earning consistent minutes with the Bulls, so his fantasy ceiling isn't very high. While he may only be used situationally, there is a small chance he will see playing time throughout the 2026-27 campaign if there are injuries.

  • Eric Dixon PF | CHA

    Eric Dixon: Waived by Memphis

Dixon was waived by the Grizzlies on Saturday.

Dixon was signed Saturday by the Grizzlies, though he was quickly waived in a move that will likely result in him suiting up for the Memphis Hustle of the G League during the 2026-27 campaign.

  • Santi Aldama C | DAL

Mavericks' Santi Aldama: Limited during Saturday's practice

Aldama (undisclosed) was limited during Saturday's practice, Noah Weber of TheSmokingCuban.com reported.

Head coach Dusty May didn't elaborate, only stating Aldama is dealing with a "nagging injury." The 2021 No. 30 overall pick had spent his entire career in Memphis before being traded to Dallas in July of 2026. In 278 regular-season games, including 82 starts, he averaged 10.4 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists over 23.4 minutes per contest. His shooting acumen will allow the Mavericks to stretch the floor, and his versatility enables him to man multiple positions while playing various roles. Aldama underwent knee surgery in March, and while it's unknown if that's still a concern, fantasy managers should continue monitoring his health throughout training camp.

  • Eric Dixon PF | CHA

Grizzlies' Eric Dixon: Gets contract from Grizzlies

Dixon agreed to a contract with Memphis on Saturday.

The terms of the contract weren't made public, though it's likely a training camp deal for Dixon. The 25-year-old went undrafted in 2025, but he managed to find work in the G League with Greensboro and Memphis in 2025-26. In 44 regular-season games combined with the Swarm and Hustle, Dixon averaged 15.2 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists over 24.8 minutes per contest. In a corresponding move, the Grizzlies waived Yuri Collins.

  • Jonas Aidoo PF | UTA

Jazz's Jonas Aidoo: Inks pact with Utah

Aidoo signed a contract with the Jazz on Friday.

Aidoo presumably signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Jazz, positioning him to join the club's G League affiliate, the Salt Lake City Stars. Over 30 G League outings with the Greensboro Swarm last season, he averaged 5.4 points and 3.7 rebounds in 11.5 minutes per tilt.

  • Warriors' Stephen Curry: Agrees to two-year extension

Curry agreed to a two-year, $116 million contract extension with the Warriors on Friday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

Curry was eligible to sign a two-year, $136.7 million extension, though he took a discount to remain with Golden State as the team looks to win another championship in the twilight of the superstar point guard's career. The extension includes a player option for the 2028-29 campaign. The two-time MVP is coming off an injury-riddled 2025-26 season in which he appeared in just 43 regular-season games (41 starts), averaging 26.6 points, 4.7 assists, 4.4 triples, 3.6 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 30.9 minutes per contest while shooting 39.3 percent from downtown. There is some concern regarding Curry's long-term health after he dealt with patellofemoral pain syndrome in his right knee last season, according to Monte Poole of NBC Sports Bay Area & California, though he's expected to be ready to go once training camp rolls around.

  • Cavaliers' Nae'Qwan Tomlin: Fighting for rotational spot

Head coach Kenny Atkinson said Friday that Tomlin is "fighting to be in the rotation," Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com reports.

The Cavaliers acquired Peyton Watson (hamstring) from the Nuggets and signed Mario Hezonja this summer, adding to an already deep roster. The club also has Jaylon Tyson and Sam Merrill, so Tomlin will have significant competition for playing time. The 25-year-old forward is no stranger to being buried on the depth chart, though he's proven he can handle meaningful playing time in the NBA. Over 64 regular-season games (three starts) in 2025-26, he averaged 5.8 points, 2.9 rebounds and 0.8 assists while shooting 47.8 percent from the field in 15.7 minutes per tilt.
