  • Bulls' Nic Claxton: Won't return from absence Wednesday

Claxton (hamstring) is listed as out for Wednesday's game against New York.

Claxton was listed as questionable, suggesting he might make his 2026-27 campaign debut Wednesday versus the Knicks. However, that won't happen, meaning his next opportunity to suit up will come Sunday against Philadelphia. With Claxton on the shelf again, Jalen Smith (finger) will likely remain in the starting lineup.

  • AJ Dybantsa SF | WAS

Wizards' AJ Dybantsa: Minutes restriction lifted

Head coach Brian Keefe said Wednesday that Dybantsa (ankle) is no longer on a minutes restriction, Josh Robbins of The Athletic reports.

Dybantsa missed Washington's first four regular-season games due to a sprained left ankle, though he's appeared in each of the team's last three outings while operating under a minutes restriction. The rookie No. 1 overall pick has yet to score fewer than 17 points in a game and is averaging 19.0 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.3 steals across 30.0 minutes per showing.

  • Anthony Gill PF | WAS

    Wizards' Anthony Gill: Available Wednesday

Gill (back) is available for Wednesday's game against the Hawks.

Gill is available off the bench for the Wizards on Wednesday. Unless Alex Sarr (knee) is out, Gill is unlikely to play a meaningful role.

  • Kings' Daeqwon Plowden: Won't play Wednesday

Plowden (illness) is out for Wednesday's game against the Lakers.

Plowden is under the weather and can be considered day-to-day. Dylan Cardwell's (calf) season debut is coming at an opportune time for the Kings on Wednesday.

  • Kings' Precious Achiuwa: Good to go Wednesday

Achiuwa (ankle) is available for Wednesday's game against the Lakers.

Achiuwa was previously listed as probable for the Kings, but he will push through his ankle soreness Wednesday. He's off to a great start this season with averages of 11.6 points, 6.6 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.9 steals and 1.0 blocks over 28.6 minutes per contest.

  • Suns' Rasheer Fleming: Out with sprained ankle

Fleming is out for Wednesday's game against the Trail Blazers due to a sprained left ankle.

Fleming is missing the front end of this back-to-back set with the injury. His next opportunity to suit up arrives Thursday, when the Suns host the Magic.

  • Clippers' Isaiah Jackson: Added to injury report

Jackson is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Heat with left groin soreness, per Law Murray of The Athletic.

Jackson is a late addition to the injury report, which is a bad sign for his chances of playing Wednesday. If Jackson is ultimately downgraded to out, Brook Lopez would likely remain in the starting center position for the Clippers.

  • Myron Gardner SF | MIA

    Heat's Myron Gardner: Available Wednesday

Gardner (quadriceps) is listed as available for Wednesday's game against the Clippers.

Gardner is available off the bench for the Heat on Wednesday. The forward is unlikely to play a meaningful role, though.

  • Anthony Black SG | ORL

Magic's Anthony Black: Removed from injury report

Black (ankle) is off the injury report for Thursday's game against the Suns, per Jason Beede of the Orlando Sentinel.

Black is set to return after sitting out Monday's tilt versus the Wizards for maintenance purposes. Over his first four appearances, the combo guard has averaged 16.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 1.3 steals and 2.3 three-pointers in 28.0 minutes per game.

  • Santi Aldama C | DAL

Mavericks' Santi Aldama: Downgraded to doubtful

Aldama (knee) is doubtful for Wednesday's game against the Spurs, per NBA reporter Marc Stein.

Despite going through shootaround, Aldama still doesn't appear to be ready for his season debut. Assuming he's later ruled out, Aldama's next chance to play would come Friday against Utah.
