  • Warriors' Draymond Green: Won't play Sunday

Green (back) is out for Sunday's game against the Clippers.

Green will sit out the first leg of this back-to-back set, but he should return for Monday's game against the Suns. Graham Ike, Al Horford and Charles Bassey will help pick up the slack with Green inactive Sunday.

  • Warriors' Stephen Curry: Ruled out for Sunday

Curry (rest) won't play Sunday against the Clippers, Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints.com reports.

Sunday's game will be the first of a back-to-back set, so Curry will receive a maintenance day, but he should return for Monday's meeting with the Suns. De'Anthony Melton could draw the start sans Curry, and Brandin Podziemski will be more involved in the offense.

  • Spurs' Stephon Castle: Dealing with migraine, iffy for Saturday

Castle (migraine) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Timberwolves, Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com reports.

Castle is a late addition to the injury report, so his status will be worth monitoring closely ahead of Saturday's 8:00 p.m. ET tipoff. Julian Champagnie and Keldon Johnson figure to be the top candidates to enter the Spurs' starting lineup if Castle is not cleared to play.

  • Spurs' Stephon Castle: Questionable for Saturday

Castle is questionable for Saturday's game against the Timberwolves due to a migraine.

The Spurs will likely want Castle to get through his pregame routine before an official decision is made on his status for Saturday's game, so he'll likely be a game-time call. If Castle is out, Julian Champagnie would likely draw the start, and both De'Aaron Fox and Dylan Harper would see an uptick in usage.

  • Josh Green SF | UTA

Jazz's Josh Green: Headed to bench

Green will come off the bench Saturday against the Trail Blazers.

Green started in Wednesday's 117-111 loss to the Spurs with Lauri Markkanen (wrist) unavailable, but Markkanen is back and starting Saturday, so Green will shift back to a reserve role. As a member of the second unit this season, Green is averaging 3.0 points and 2.0 rebounds in 14 minutes per contest.

  • Meleek Thomas PG | CLE

Cavaliers' Meleek Thomas: Upgraded to probable

Thomas (foot) has been upgraded to probable ahead of Saturday's meeting in Milwaukee.

Thomas missed Thursday's 114-111 loss to the Hawks due to a foot injury, but he'll be back in action Saturday evening. In two games, Thomas is averaging 13.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.0 three-pointers per contest.

  • Jazz's Lauri Markkanen: Will play Saturday

Markkanen (wrist) is available for Saturday's game against Portland.

Markkanen missed Wednesday's game against the Spurs due to a wrist injury, but the veteran forward has been cleared to return for Saturday's contest. He is averaging 16.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 2.5 threes over 28.5 minutes per game to open the 2026-27 season. His return means Josh Green will likely revert to a rotational role off the bench.

  • Trail Blazers' Chris Youngblood: Available to play

Youngblood (ankle) is available to play Saturday against the Jazz.

While Youngblood will be available for Saturday's game, that doesn't mean he'll get on the court. He's yet to log a single minute for Portland this season.

  • Rudy Gobert C | MIN

Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert: Nursing back spasms

Gobert (back) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game at San Antonio.

Gobert is a late addition to the injury report, so his status will be worth monitoring ahead of Saturday's 8:00 p.m. ET tipoff. Joan Beringer would likely be the top candidate to enter the Timberwolves' starting lineup if Gobert is not cleared to play in the second leg of the team's back-to-back set.

  • Trail Blazers' Robert Williams: Available to play

Williams (knee) is available for Saturday's game in Utah.

Williams is back after a one-game layoff, and he should see his usual minutes with the second unit. On the season, Williams is averaging 9.7 points, 8.7 rebounds and 1.0 blocks per game.
