Jaxson Hayes C | UTA
Lakers' Jaxson Hayes: Out again Monday
Hayes (knee) will not play Monday against the Trail Blazers, Khobi Price of The Orange County Register reports.
Hayes will end up sitting out both games of this back-to-back set, but he's considered day-to-day with soreness. With Hayes out once again, the Lakers are likely to turn to Jarred Vanderbilt after his strong performance Sunday against the Kings.

Thunder's Chet Holmgren: Upgraded to available
Holmgren (back) is available for Monday's game against Dallas.
Just like Saturday's game against the Hawks, Holmgren was able to shake off his questionable tag. He looked sharp against the Hawks, finishing with 31 points (8-12 FG, 6-8 3Pt, 9-10 FT), 12 rebounds, three steals, one assist and one block over 27 minutes.

Daniel Gafford C | DAL
Mavericks' Daniel Gafford: Unlikely to play
Gafford (ankle) is doubtful for Monday's game against the Thunder.
Gafford has yet to make his season debut and is likely to miss his fourth game in a row. Assuming he's held out once again, his next chance to play comes Wednesday against Indiana.

Dereck Lively II C | DAL
Mavericks' Dereck Lively: Doubtful for Monday
Lively (knee) is doubtful for Monday's game against the Thunder.
Monday's game is the second leg of a back-to-back set, and it sounds like Lively is going to be held out. His injury is being described as a left knee contusion, so it sounds relatively minor. With Daniel Gafford (ankle) considered doubtful, the Mavericks could slide Anthony Davis to center and utilize some smaller lineup combos.

Yves Missi C | NO
Pelicans' Yves Missi: Upgraded to available
Missi (ankle) is available for Monday's game against Boston, Will Guillory of The Athletic reports.
Missi will be returning from a one-game absence Monday. With Zion Williamson (foot) questionable and several frontcourt players injured, Missi could be looking at a big workload against Boston.

Ivica Zubac C | IND
Clippers' Ivica Zubac: Posts 21-8-3-2 line in win
Zubac finished Sunday's 114-107 victory over the Trail Blazers with 21 points (9-14 FG, 3-3 FT), eight rebounds, three assists and two blocks in 35 minutes.
Zubac went to work against the sophomore, Donovan Clingan, and dominated the matchup. Zubac would regularly gain deep post position and then proceed to muscle in buckets through the Portland defenders. It was a favorable matchup for Zubac, which helped him log a season-high 35 minutes, but it'll be interesting to see what his playing time looks like Tuesday with a meeting against the small-ball Warriors.

Donovan Clingan C | POR
Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Flirts with double-double in loss
Clingan logged nine points (3-6 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal in 24 minutes during Sunday's 114-107 loss to the Clippers.
Clingan is not a big-time scorer, but he continues to impact all aspects of the stat sheet, and the playmaking (2.0 assists per game) and three-point shooting (1.3 triples per contest) have been a nice surprise for the second-year center. He's also yet to miss at the line, and he's rewarding those who drafted him late with top-40 production.

Hawks' Kristaps Porzingis: Goes through shootaround
Porzingis (illness) participated in Monday's morning shootaround, Lauren L. Williams of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Porzingis has missed the last two games due to an illness, but it appears as though he's trending in the right direction. Jalen Johnson (ankle) and Zaccharie Risacher (ankle) also participated Monday morning. With the Hawks seemingly getting healthier, Onyeka Okongwu could see his minutes dialed back a bit.
