  • LaMonte Wade 1B | CHW

Giants' LaMonte Wade: Stuffs stat sheet

Wade went 2-for-6 with a solo home run, a stolen base and an additional run scored in Wednesday's 13-7 win over Arizona.

The outfielder has homered four times in the last 14 games, which accounts for all of his long balls this year. Wade is slashing .273/.360/.470 with seven RBI, 10 runs scored and two stolen bases across 76 plate appearances. He's hit well enough to earn playing time in a crowded San Francisco outfield. Wade will likely draw starts against right-handers in one of the corner outfield positions, and he often hits leadoff when in the lineup.

  • Rhys Hoskins 1B | CLE

Phillies' Rhys Hoskins: Hits solo shot in win

Hoskins went 1-for-5 with a home run in Wednesday's win over the Dodgers.

Hoskins made his presence felt in a low-scoring affair with his 13th long ball of the season, taking Clayton Kershaw deep in the top of the first inning. The slugging first baseman ended an 0-for-31 slump with this long ball. Perhaps it might have been what he needs to get his groove back at the plate.

  • Ty France 1B | SD

    Mariners' Ty France: Contributes offensively

France went 1-for-2 with a double, an RBI and a run scored in Wednesday's loss against the Twins.

France extended his hitting streak to five games and was Seattle's main threat in this game, plating one of the team's runs and scoring the other one. The infielder, who played at first in this game, is hitting .286 with one homer and five RBI across 15 games this month.

  • Diamondbacks' Asdrubal Cabrera: Goes deep in loss

Cabrera went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 13-7 loss to San Francisco.

The homer was Cabrera's fifth of the season and just his third hit in 24 at-bats since coming off the injured list June 4. The 35-year-old's playing time continues to be managed, as he has not started three consecutive days all season.

  • Braves' Freddie Freeman: Goes deep Wednesday

Freeman went 2-for-4 with a home run, two walks, an additional run and an additional RBI in Wednesday's loss to Boston.

Freeman drove in a run with a third-inning infield single, and he put Atlanta ahead temporarily with a solo blast in the sixth frame. However, the reigning National League MVP struck out to end the game with the potential tying run on second base. Despite the disappointing ending, it was still a big game for the first baseman, who now has a modest six-game hit streak in which he's gone 10-for-26 with three homers, a double, seven RBI and five runs..

  • Orioles' Ryan Mountcastle: Swats ninth homer

Mountcastle went 3-for-5 with a home run, four RBI and one run scored Wednesday against Cleveland.

Mountcastle paced the Orioles' offensive effort Wednesday, as he delivered a pair of RBI singles in each of his first two plate appearances. His third time to the dish, Mountcastle smacked a two-run home run, his ninth long ball of the season. It was Mountcastle's first homer since June 5, though his fifth shot in his last 13 starts. Overall, Mountcastle has a .249/.277/.431 line with 26 runs scored and 36 RBI across 238 plate appearances.

  • Dominic Smith DH | ATL

Mets' Dominic Smith: Goes yard again

Smith went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run Wednesday against the Cubs.

Smith took Robert Stock yard in the third inning to record his sixth home run of the season. It was his second long ball in his past three starts, and he is also in the midst of a modest three-game hitting streak. Though he's gotten off to a slow start this season, Smith now has a 97 wRC+ with 24 RBI and 19 runs scored across 223 plate appearances.

  • Anthony Rizzo 1B | NYY

Cubs' Anthony Rizzo: Connects for ninth home run

Rizzo went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's loss to the Mets.

Rizzo is quietly getting going at the plate, as he now has nine home runs, 31 RBI and an .809 OPS this season. He's hit four of those long balls this month already, so while his overall numbers aren't jumping off the page compared to his usual standards, the slugging first baseman should produce good stats for fantasy managers the rest of the way.

  • Padres' Jake Cronenworth: Homers in loss

Cronenworth went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 8-7 loss to Colorado.

The 27-year-old entered the game as a defensive replacement in the fifth inning. In the sixth, he hit a solo home run -- just his second homer since May 21 -- which brought San Diego within a run. Cronenworth hasn't been a huge power threat with just seven homers in 69 contests this year. He's added a .272/.338/.412 slash line with 21 RBI, 42 runs scored and three stolen bases across 286 plate appearances.

  • Josh Bell DH | MIN

Nationals' Josh Bell: Socks ninth homer

Bell went 2-for-3 with a walk and a two-run home run in Wednesday's 3-1 win over the Pirates.

He got some revenge against his former squad, taking David Bednar deep in the seventh inning for the game's decisive runs. Bell has yet to put together any kind of hot streak for the Nats but he has shown some signs of life at the plate lately, going 10-for-34 (.294) over his last 10 games with two of his nine homers on the year.
