Sanchez went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in Monday's loss to the Reds.
Sanchez hammered one off reliever Jakob Junis in the sixth inning for his 13th home run this season. Sanchez's 480-foot homer was the longest in the majors this season, but it wasn't even the longest of his career, as he hit one 496 feet back in May of 2022. The 26-year-old broke out of a stretch of 11 games without a homer, and since the Marlins latest fire sale at the trade deadline, he's one of the few potent bats remaining in their lineup.
