The Brewers selected Pannone's contract from Triple-A Nashville on Wednesday, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Pannone will start Wednesday's game in San Francisco, presumably just to give the regular members of the Brewers' rotation some extra rest. The left-hander has logged a 4.13 ERA and 57:22 K:BB over 72 innings this season with Nashville. Pannone will be making his first appearance at the major-league level since 2023.
