Chargers' Quentin Johnston: Three catches in loss
Johnston caught three of six targets for 40 yards during Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Bills.
Johnston finished second on the team in targets, and his 40 receiving yards were nearly double his previous season total of 24 yards. He and the rest of the Chargers' offense have yet to find their stride in 2026, making him hard to trust as a fantasy asset. The wide receiver will look to get back on track in a tough matchup in Week 4 against the Seahawks.

Chargers' Quentin Johnston: One catch in defeat
Johnston caught one of five targets for seven yards in Sunday's 26-14 loss to the Raiders.
Johnston finished with a team-high five targets, but he failed to capitalize versus Las Vegas. The wide receiver has caught three of 11 targets for 24 yards over two games to open the 2026 campaign, and his next chance to get on track will come Week 3 against the Bills.

Chargers' Quentin Johnston: Catches two passes in loss
Johnston caught two of his six targets for 17 yards in Sunday's 26-14 loss to the Cardinals.
Johnston was unable to capture more than half of his targets, failing to show up even after No. 1 wide receiver Ladd McConkey (chest) exited the game with a chest injury. Johnston also committed a costly false-start penalty in the fourth quarter, which cannot be good for the wide receiver's chemistry with quarterback Justin Herbert.

Chargers' Quentin Johnston: Hauls in long TD in preseason loss
Johnston (lower body) brought in one of two targets for a 65-yard touchdown in the Chargers' 20-18 preseason loss to the Rams on Thursday.
The speedy fourth-year pro recently missed some practice time due to a lower-body injury he suffered during a joint practice with the 49ers leading up to Los Angeles' second preseason game, yet Johnston looked at full health when blowing past the Rams' secondary for a 65-yard touchdown with just under 10 minutes remaining in the first quarter. Thursday's snaps were Johnston's only action this preseason, but he looks prepared to reprise the No. 2 receiver role that's netted over 700 receiving yards in each of the last two seasons beginning with a Week 1 home matchup against the Cardinals.
