Devon Williams: Cut without injury
Williams (undisclosed) was waived without an injury designation by the Ravens on Saturday, Clifton Brown of the team's official site reports.
Williams had been dealing with an undisclosed injury that kept him sidelined during this past week of practice, but he now appears to be healthy after Baltimore let him go without a designation Saturday. The undrafted wideout was one of two players cut by Baltimore to help make room on the team's roster for linebacker Trent Harris. Williams will now pass through waivers before hitting free agency, if no team opts to claim him.

Ravens' Devon Williams: Misses consecutive practices
Williams (undisclosed) didn't participate in Tuesday's training camp session, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
It's been a rough start to the week for Baltimore receivers, as Williams has now logged two straight DNPs, while neither Slade Bolden (undisclosed), James Proche (undisclosed) nor Bailey Gaither (undisclosed) partook in Tuesday's practice. With both Rashod Bateman (undisclosed) and Devin Duvernay (thigh) also coming off their own injuries, the Ravens are dangerously thin at receiver at the moment. There's a chance Williams' status could be in question for their preseason opener Thursday against Tennessee.

Ravens' Devon Williams: Comes off NFI list
Williams was seen practicing for the Ravens on Thursday, signifying that he passed a physical examination, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Williams missed the start of Baltimore's rookie training camp last week and landed on the team's reserve/did not report list as a result. The undrafted receiver out of Oregon likely will have to prove his value on special teams during the preseason if he wants to eventually carve out a depth role on the Ravens' final roster.

Ravens' Devon Williams: Placed on NFI list
Williams (undisclosed) was placed on the active/non-football injury list Sunday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Williams didn't show up for training camp Wednesday, and he now has suffered another setback in his quest to make the Ravens' roster. The undrafted free agent out of Oregon already was considered a long shot to make the team, and this may not help.

Ravens' Devon Williams: Reinstated to active roster
The Ravens have reinstated Williams to their active roster per the NFL's official transaction log.
Williams landed on the Ravens reserve/did not report list earlier in the week after he was the only member of Baltimore's rookie class not to show up to the first day of training-camp workouts. He is now ready to go but still figures to face an uphill battle to make the team's Week 1 roster.
