Cardinals' Trey McBride: Paces passing game in upset win
McBride caught seven of nine targets for 53 yards in Sunday's 18-16 win over the Rams.
McBride led the Cardinals in catches, receiving yards and targets as Arizona pulled off the upset on the back of six field goals. The star tight end led the NFL with 42 catches through five weeks and has at least seven receptions in every game this season. McBride's up to 49 catches for 361 yards and three touchdowns on 65 targets as the top option in the passing game for the Cardinals heading into a Week 7 home game against the Broncos.

Cardinals' Trey McBride: Busy as usual in Week 5 loss
McBride brought in nine of 10 targets for 66 yards and a touchdown in the Cardinals' 45-21 loss to the Lions on Sunday.
McBride was in the familiar position of leading the Cardinals in receptions and targets, and he was narrowly second to Kendrick Bourne in receiving yards. The star tight end's touchdown reception was also a thing of beauty despite the fact it came when the game was completely out of reach, as McBride somehow secured the pass inbounds after tapping it twice to himself while swarmed by two defenders. McBride already has three nine-catch tallies in the first five games of the season, and he's also opened the campaign with five consecutive double-digit target tallies. McBride already has 42 receptions in 2026, putting him well on pace for a third straight 100-catch season heading into a Week 6 home matchup against the Rams next Sunday.

Cardinals' Trey McBride: Does little on big volume in loss
McBride caught seven of 12 targets for 31 yards in Sunday's 36-24 loss to the Giants.
White the star tight end saw double-digit targets for a fourth straight game to begin the season, McBride couldn't turn the volume into meaningful production, with backup TE Elijah Higgins instead connecting with Jacoby Brissett on a two-yard score in the third quarter. McBride will carry a 33-242-2 line on a whopping 46 targets into a Week 5 clash at home with the Lions.

Cardinals' Trey McBride: Busy as usual in Week 3 loss
McBride brought in nine of 11 targets for 75 yards in the Cardinals' 36-30 loss to the 49ers on Sunday.
The talented tight end filled his usual workhorse role, finishing second in all of receptions, receiving yards and targets for the Cardinals behind Michael Wilson. The chemistry between McBride and Jacoby Brissett is extremely well-established after a season-plus of working together, and the former already has a 26-211-2 line on 34 targets through only three games, recording at least eight receptions and logging no fewer than 10 targets in each contest. McBride will continue to offer perhaps the best floor of any player at his position in a Week 4 road matchup against the Giants next Sunday.
