Browns' Cedric Tillman: Lands on IR
The Browns placed Tillman (hamstring) on injured reserve Tuesday.
Tillman had generated an 11-106-2 receiving line on 20 targets through the first four weeks of the season before an early exit from this past Sunday's 34-10 loss to the Lions due to a hamstring injury. The wideout will have to miss at least the next four games, marking the Browns' Week 10 contest against the Jets as his earliest possible return date. While Tillman is out, Isaiah Bond and Jamari Thrash are expected to see added opportunities on offense behind No. 1 wideout Jerry Jeudy.

Browns' Cedric Tillman: Multi-week absence on deck
Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said Monday that Tillman (hamstring) will be sidelined for "weeks," Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Tillman and DeAndre Carter (knee) both appear in line to miss multiple games, beginning Week 5 against the Vikings, though Stefanski didn't specify whether either wide receiver is considered a candidate to land on IR. Across four regular-season appearances thus far, Tillman has secured 11 of 20 targets for 106 yards and two touchdowns. As long as Tillman remains sidelined, Isaiah Bond will figure to handle an expanded role alongside No. 1 receiver Jerry Jeudy.

Browns' Cedric Tillman: Hurts hamstring Sunday
Tillman won't return to Sunday's game against the Lions after sustaining a hamstring injury.
Tillman approached the contest without an injury designation after being limited Wednesday and Thursday by listed hand and hip issues, so Sunday's hamstring injury is something new for the wideout. Prior to his exit, Tillman caught one of his two targets for six yards. In his absence, Isaiah Bond, Jamari Thrash and DeAndre Carter are available to handle WR snaps that don't go to Jerry Jeudy.

Browns' Cedric Tillman: Cleared to play Week 4
Tillman (hand/hip) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Lions, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Following back-to-back limited practices Wednesday and Thursday, Tillman was able to log a full session Friday, paving the way for him to play Sunday. Tillman has secured 10 of 18 targets for 100 yards and two touchdowns through three games this season.

Browns' Cedric Tillman: Limited again Thursday
Tillman (hand/hip) remained limited at practice Thursday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
With back-to-back limited sessions thus far this week, Tillman probably will need to practice fully in order to avoid an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Lions. With a 10-100-2 line on 18 targets through three games, Tillman is on the fantasy lineup radar Week 4 while working alongside fellow starting WR Jerry Jeudy.

Browns' Cedric Tillman: Limited by hand injury
Tillman (hand) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Tillman secured all three of his targets for 26 yards during Cleveland's win over the Packers in Week 3, though he played a season-low 74 percent of offensive snaps. That also marked his first game of the season without a touchdown. The No. 2 receiver will have two more chances to upgrade his activity level at practice ahead of Sunday's road matchup against Detroit.
