  • Nick Harris: Works out with Buffalo

Harris (ankle) worked out with the Bills on Sunday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Harris finished the 2024 campaign on injured reserve with the Browns after suffering a fractured fibula in October. The offensive lineman is now healthy and ready to sign with a new team ahead of the 2025 season.

  • Browns' Nick Harris: Placed on IR

The Browns placed Harris (ankle) on injured reserve Tuesday.

Harris fractured his fibula on the Browns' third offensive play of Sunday's game against the Eagles. He'll be forced to sit for at least the next four regular-season games, but, given the severity of the injury, he could be held out beyond the minimum window. With Harris sidelined, Michael Dunn could serve as the Browns' starting center for Week 7 against the Bengals if Ethan Pocic (knee) cannot play.

  • Browns' Nick Harris: Needs surgery

Harris suffered a fractured fibula during Sunday's game against the Eagles and will need surgery, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Harris started at center in place of Ethan Pocic (knee) on Sunday. With both sidelined, Michael Dunn moved to center, while Zak Zinter took Dunn's spot at right guard. It's unclear how long Harris will be sidelined, but Pocic will be the team's starting center when healthy.

  • Browns' Nick Harris: Exits early

Harris (ankle) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Eagles, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Harris is the Browns' backup center, who was drawing the start in place of Ethan Pocic, who was inactive due to a knee injury. Cleveland will now turn to their third option there, Michael Dunn, who will abandon his right guard duties that are now being handled by Zak Zinter.

  • Browns' Nick Harris: Headed back to Cleveland

The Browns acquired Harris and a 2026 seventh-round pick from the Seahawks on Sunday in exchange for a 2026 sixth-round pick, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.

After signing a one-year contract with the Seahawks in March, Harris will return to the team that drafted him in the fifth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. The move comes in the wake of the injury to Luke Wypler, who suffered a broken right ankle in Saturday's preseason contest against the Packers. Harris made two starts and appeared in all 17 regular-season games for the Browns in 2023.

Harris agreed to a one-year, $2.51 million contract with the Seahawks on Wednesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
