Ward (hip) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Ward was limited in practice Wednesday, but he now looks fully healthy and ready to rock for Sunday's road matchup against the Steelers. Barring any setbacks, expect Ward to handle his usual starting role versus Pittsburgh. Tyson Campbell, who the Browns acquired Thursday in a trade package that sent Greg Newsome (hamstring) to Jacksonville, figures to immediately join Ward as a top outside cornerback.

Browns' Denzel Ward: Working through hip injury
Ward was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice due to a hip injury, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Ward played every single defensive snap during the Browns' Week 5 loss to the Vikings, finishing with three tackles (two solo) and one pass defense. He appears to have picked up a hip injury in the process, but the veteran corner will likely play against the Steelers on Sunday unless he suffers a setback over the coming days. Ward has recorded 13 tackles (10 solo) and four pass defenses (including one interception) through the first five games of the regular season.

Ward has been dealing with the shoulder issue since mid-August, but the Achilles injury is a new concern. However, the veteran cornerback logged 96 percent of Cleveland's defensive snaps Week 1 versus Cincinnati and managed a limited practice session Wednesday, so he may be able to play through the issues. If he can't suit up Sunday against Baltimore, though, Cameron Mitchell may be pressed into a starting role.
