Sharp recorded eight points (4-6 FG), 10 rebounds, three blocks, one steal and an assist in 25 minutes during Sunday's 96-89 Summer League loss to the Nuggets.
Sharp finished off Summer League strong, posting game highs in rebounds and blocks. Across five appearances in Las Vegas, Sharp averaged 7.4 points, 7.4 rebounds and 2.8 blocks in 18.2 minutes per contest. He has yet to receive a deal ahead of the 2026-27 campaign.

Sharp has spent a lot of time with the franchise, and the Mavericks are looking to secure his G League rights again so he suits up for the Texas Legends. He's expected to be waived shortly.

The Mavericks waived Sharp on Friday.
Sharp signed a one-year pact with the club in August of 2024, but he is now expected to join its G League affiliate -- the Texas Legends -- for the 2024-25 campaign. The 7-foot-5 center spent the Summer League with Dallas, during which he averaged 2.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.6 blocks in five appearances.
