Tkachuk has shed his sluggish start to the season and has gone a heater in the Panthers last four games. He has 10 points (six goals, four assists) and 20 shots in that span, and he also became part of history Saturday when Carter Verhaeghe put up a natural hat trick. Tkachuk had natural hatties in the team's previous two games, and the Panthers became the first team in NHL history to put up natural hat tricks in three straight games.

Panthers' Brady Tkachuk: Makes history with another nattie
Tkachuk scored all three goals in the Panthers' 3-2 overtime win over the Canucks on Thursday.
After producing a natural hat trick Tuesday in a 7-3 romp over the Blue Jackets, Tkachuk repeated the feat Thursday in a comeback victory, scoring twice in the final nine minutes of the third period to erase a 2-0 deficit before potting the OT winner. In the process, the 27-year-old winger became just the third player in NHL history with natural hat tricks in back-to-back games. Despite getting held without a point in his first five games of the season, Tkachuk now has six goals and eight points in his first eight contests for Florida.

Panthers' Brady Tkachuk: Natural hat trick in record-setting night
Tkachuk scored three goals, two on the power play, and added an assist with the man advantage in Tuesday's 7-3 win over the Blue Jackets.
The three goals made up a natural hat trick in the second period that erased a 1-0 Columbus lead, giving Tkachuk his first tallies in seven games to begin his Panther tenure. With brother Matthew Tkachuk also registering five assists on the night, the duo tied the NHL record for most points in a game by brothers on the same team, matching a mark set by the Islanders' Brent and Duane Sutter in 1985-86 and tied by the Canucks' Daniel and Henrik Sedin in 2006-07 and again in 2015-16. The hat trick was the fourth of Brady's career, and after going without a point in his first five games of the season he's broken out in a big way.

Panthers' Brady Tkachuk: Set for opener
Tkachuk (undisclosed) will be in the lineup against the Hurricanes on Tuesday, Jameson Olive of the Panthers' official site reports.
Tkachuk will make his Panthers debut in the season opener after being acquired by the club in a blockbuster trade this summer. With the Senators last season, the 27-year-old winger notched 22 goals and 37 assists in 60 regular-season games. If he can stay healthy, Tkachuk should be capable of challenging for the 70-point threshold after missing that mark in each of the previous two campaigns.

Tkachuk (undisclosed) left Tuesday's preseason game versus the Hurricanes for precautionary reasons, Rob Darragh of the Panthers' official site reports.
Head coach Paul Maurice said Tkachuk may be on the ice Wednesday, further suggesting the injury isn't a major concern. Tkachuk has already played in two preseason games, so he won't be eligible to suit up again until the regular-season opener next Tuesday against the Hurricanes.

Panthers' Brady Tkachuk: Joining forces with brother
Tkachuk was acquired by the Panthers from the Senators on Sunday in exchange for three first-round picks and a second-round selection.
After rumors during the 2025-26 season of Tkachuk potentially wanting out of Ottawa, Florida general manager Bill Zito wasted little time in linking the power forward up with Brady's brother, Matthew Tkachuk. The blockbuster deal includes the No. 9 and No. 25 selections in this year's NHL Draft, a 2029 conditional first-round pick and a second-round selection in 2027 being sent to Ottawa. The 26-year-old Tkachuk is set to skate in a potent top six that will get back Aleksander Barkov, who missed the entirety of the 2025-26 campaign due to ACL and MCL injuries. It's also highly plausible that Tkachuk will work on the top power-play unit with his new team, which would give even more of a boost to the left-shot winger's fantasy value. Tkachuk has two seasons remaining on the seven-year, $57.5 million contract he signed with the Senators in October of 2021.

Tkachuk (rest) won't participate in Ottawa's regular-season finale against Toronto on Wednesday, per Luke Fox of Sportsnet.
Tkachuk has already declared himself good to go for the playoffs, but he'll skip his second straight game Wednesday. The 26-year-old will complete the regular season with 22 goals, 59 points, 71 PIM and 162 hits in 60 appearances in 2025-26.
