Benson logged an assist in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Hurricanes.
Benson missed the first 10 games of November due to a lower-body injury. The 20-year-old saw 16:56 of ice time Sunday despite being listed on the third line, so it's safe to assume he'll be getting ample ice time moving forward. He's produced nine helpers, 17 shots on net and a plus-4 rating over nine appearances this season, but a couple of injuries have limited his availability, and he'll need to stay healthy to help fantasy managers.

Sabres' Zach Benson: Removed from IR
Benson (lower body) was activated from injured reserve Sunday, per the NHL media site.
After missing the last 10 games, Bensen should return to the lineup against Carolina on Sunday. He has registered eight assists, 16 shots on net, six blocked shots and four hits in eight appearances this season. The Sabres returned Isak Rosen to AHL Rochester in a corresponding move.

Benson (lower body) will travel with the Sabres during their upcoming three-game road trip, Joe Yerdon of Bleacher Report reports.
Benson has been sidelined for a week and a half due to his lower-body injury, but he's eligible to be activated off injured reserve whenever he's deemed healthy. The 20-year-old could return at some point during the road trip, which begins Wednesday in Utah and concludes in Detroit on Saturday. Benson ended a four-game point drought, which included one missed game due to an illness. Since returning, the winger has filled a top-line role at even strength, which raises expectations for his offense. He's had a decent season with 10 goals, 14 helpers, 96 shots on net, 54 PIM and an even plus-minus rating over 63 outings, but he hasn't shown much growth from his 30-point rookie campaign a year ago. He's still just 19 years old and skipped the AHL, so there's plenty of learning for him to do on the job at the NHL level.
