Sissons recorded an assist, two hits and two blocked shots in Thursday's 6-5 win over the Bruins.
The helper was Sissons' first point in five games with the Golden Knights. He's added six PIM, five hits, four blocked shots and three shots on net as a defensive center on the fourth line. The 31-year-old has reached the 30-point mark on three occasions in his career, including two of the last three years, but he's averaging just 11:16 of ice time per game to start with Vegas, down by more than three minutes from his 14:22 average in 2024-25.

Golden Knights' Colton Sissons: Dealt away from Nashville
Sissons (lower body) and Jeremy Lauzon (lower body) were obtained by the Golden Knights from the Predators on Sunday in exchange for Nicolas Hague and a conditional 2027 third-round draft pick, per Darren Dreger of TSN.
Sissons missed the last nine games of 2024-25 after banking seven goals, 21 points and 100 hits over 72 games with the Predators. With this move west, Sissons could unseat Cole Schwindt for the fourth-line center role, but the former may find it difficult to move up the depth chart, as Vegas has a deep top nine. Sissons will be an unrestricted free agent after the 2025-26 campaign, so he should have plenty of motivation to prove his worth to his new club. Nashville agreed to retain 50 percent of Sissons' salary.

Sissons was banged up in Saturday's matchup against the Golden Knights, and he's apparently facing a multi-game absence late in the season. Sissons has gotten on the scoresheet in consecutive contests for the first time since his three-game streak from Jan. 18-23. The 31-year-old forward earned an assist for the second straight game when he set up a Filip Forsberg tally in the first period. Sissons started the year ice cold on offense, but he's up to 21 points, 70 shots on net, 86 hits, 63 blocked shots and a minus-7 rating over 61 appearances. With Steven Stamkos going from center to the wing after the Gustav Nyquist trade, Sissons is getting a look as the second-line center again, and he's poised to do better in that role this time around.
