Chesley (hamstring) was a participant in Tampa Bay's minicamp last week, Scott Reynolds of PewterReport.com reports.
Chesley returned to the field last week after injuring his hamstring ahead of the team's wild-card round loss to Dallas. The 28-year-old logged two tackles (one solo) in seven games last season while playing primarily on special teams and should likely have a similar role during the 2023 campaign.

Buccaneers' Anthony Chesley: Heads to IR
Chesley (hamstring) has landed on the Buccaneers' injured reserve ahead of Monday's wild-card matchup against the Cowboys, Scott Smith of the team's official website reports.
Chesley aggravated a hamstring injury late in Tampa Bay's Week 18 loss to the Falcons. He spent the first 14 weeks of the regular season primarily as a practice squad member before getting promoted to the active roster on Dec. 14. He will now set his sight on getting healthy for the 2023 season.

Chesley was placed on the practice squad injured list back in late October due to a hamstring injury, but Tuesday's transaction implies the 27-year-old cornerback is ready to return to action and continue serving as an emergency depth option for Tampa Bay's secondary.
