Panthers' Tetairoa McMillan: Modest numbers in Week 10 win
McMillan caught four of six targets for 46 yards in Sunday's 16-13 win over the Packers.
The rookie wideout was Bryce Young's first read once again, leading the Panthers in catches, targets and receiving yards, although that role didn't amount to much production as the team leaned heavily on Rico Dowdle to generate points. McMillan has caught at least three passes in every game so far, delivering a 41-558-2 line on 69 targets through nine contests. He could be a little busier in Week 10 against the Saints.

Panthers' Tetairoa McMillan: Just under century mark in loss
McMillan brought in seven of 10 targets for 99 yards in the Panthers' 40-9 loss to the Bills on Sunday.
McMillan was essentially the lone bright spot for the Panthers in the embarrassing loss, easily leading Carolina across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets. The rookie first-round pick showed good chemistry with Andy Dalton, and the talented wideout's catch total was a new career high while his target tally tied his high-water mark over the first eight games. McMillan should remain busy in a Week 9 road trip to Green Bay, a game in which the Panthers may have to eventually take a pass-centric approach.

Panthers' Tetairoa McMillan: Overshadowed by Legette
McMillan recorded three receptions on five targets for 33 yards in Sunday's 13-6 win over the Jets.
McMillan got the attention of Sauce Gardner (concussion) for most of the game, which led to limited opportunity and production. Ultimately, he was held to five targets and three receptions for the second consecutive game, combining to record only 62 yards in that span. Things could open a bit for McMillan in Week 8 against Buffalo, as the Panthers will almost certainly have to have an effective passing attack to have hope of keeping pace in the contest.

Panthers' Tetairoa McMillan: Scores first two career TDs
McMillan secured three of five targets for 29 yards and two touchdowns in the Panthers' 30-27 win over the Cowboys on Sunday.
As his final line indicates, the rookie first-round pick made excellent use of his trio of catches, turning two of them into 19- and two-yard touchdown grabs for the first pair of end-zone trips of his career. Otherwise, McMillan's reception, yardage and target totals all tied or served as new season lows, making it a mixed bag of a day to an extent from a fantasy perspective. Nevertheless, McMillan's role as Carolina's No. 1 receiver is as iron clad as it gets, but he's likely to draw plenty of Sauce Gardner's attention in a Week 7 visit to the Jets next Sunday afternoon.
