Seth Green: Cut by New Orleans
The Saints waived Green on Monday, Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Green signed with New Orleans earlier this month and caught two passes for 11 yards during the preseason. He's never appeared in a regular-season game since entering the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of Houston.

Green will rejoin the team after having been waived a week ago. He spent the last two seasons in the UFL with the Arlington Renegades and will look to earn a spot on New Orleans' final roster.

Green spent the last two seasons in the UFL with the Arlington Renegades and was given a chance to make an NFL roster with the Saints in mid-June. Green won't be a part of New Orleans' plans moving forward, but he will have the opportunity to explore his next options assuming he clears waivers.

Dallas signed Green to a reserve/future contract Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Green, an undrafted tight end out of Houston, signed with Dallas' practice squad in October, but he was cut in mid-December and remained a free agent for the rest of the year. With his new contract, Green will rejoin the Cowboys organization and will be able to compete for a roster spot during the offseason.
