Hanson (undisclosed) had a tryout with the Bears on Tuesday, Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Hanson has seemingly recovered from the undisclosed injury that landed him on Atlanta's injured reserve prior to him being let go in August. If he ends up catching on with Chicago, the 28-year-old could provide extra depth along the interior of the offensive line.

The Falcons released Hanson (undisclosed) from injured reserve with an injury settlement Tuesday, Terrin Waack, Will McFadden and Tori McElhaney of the team's official site report.
Hanson was set to miss the entire 2025 season after landing on the Falcons' IR due to an undisclosed injury. However, the injury settlement will allow the 2020 sixth-round pick to sign with a team once he's fully healthy.

The severity and nature of Hanson's injury isn't clear, but he's now slated to miss the entire 2025 season unless he reaches an injury settlement with Atlanta.
