Paradis is considered the top available center on the free agent market, so he should begin drawing interest from needy teams around the league now that he's gained a clean bill of health. He suffered a torn ACL in November 2021.

Paradis (knee) was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday and shifted to injured reserve, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
Paradis moved to the COVID-19 list last week but is now clear of the league protocols. He's been on injured reserve since undergoing surgery to repair a torn ACL in mid-November.

Panthers' Matt Paradis: Restructures contract
Paradis agreed to terms with the Panthers on a restructured contract Saturday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Paradis has agreed to convert roughly $7 million of his $8 million salary into a signing bonus, a move which creates $4.6 million in cap space for Carolina. The Panthers have a made a number of similar transactions to free up cap space, including the recent release of multiple veterans, perhaps preparing the team to better pursue hot commodities when free agency opens March.
