WR-KR Roscoe Parrish agreed to a one-year contract with the Chargers on Tuesday. Parrish (5-9, 175) spent his first seven seasons with the Bills. He’s averaged 12.0 yards per PR on 135 opportunities, second in the NFL behind Devin Hester (12.9) since 2005. Parish will likely challenge WR-KR Richard Goodman for a roster spot in training camp.
