The Bucs traded up to take rookie LB Lavonte David in the second round. He is expected to start at weak-side LB with second-year LB Mason Foster in the middle and Quincy Black on the strong side. It is imperative to improve play at LB, arguably the Bucs' weakest position in 2011.
