A shoulder injury will prevent Steelers linebacker and leading tackler Ryan Shazier from playing Sunday against St. Louis. He has been ruled out for the game.
Shazier, who missed his third straight practice session Friday, racked up 15 tackles, a sack, forced fumble and fumble recovery in the Week 2 pounding of San Francisco. He has contributed to 22 tackles in two games this year.
