Undrafted rookie free agent WR Josh Cooper has received special attention from coach Pat Shurmur, who compared him to Rams WR Danny Amendola. “I watched him catch a lot of [rookie QB Brandon Weeden’s] balls,” Shurmur said. “I saw him primarily as a slot receiver.” Cooper got second billing at Oklahoma State behind Justin Blackmon.
