The Seahawks signed center Patrick Lewis and waived cornerback Josh Thomas Wednesday.
Starting center Max Unger was in and out of Monday's win with a foot injury, and with the starter day-to-day, the team has brought in depth at the position. Undrafted in 2013, Lewis has yet to play in a regular-season game.
