The Saints are fairly healthy heading into their game Sunday against San Francisco. All but defensive end Tyrunn Walker (knee), tight end Benjamin Watson and safety Kenny Vaccaro, both with concussions, are healthy scratches among their inactives.
Included are tackle Terron Armstead, quarterback Ryan Griffin, running back Khiry Robinson and cornerback Rod Sweeting.
