Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson ran for a career-high 122 yards and a touchdown and threw for 201 yards and two more scores in Monday's win at Washington. Shredding the Redskins on zone-read plays and scrambles, Wilson averaged 11.1 yards on his 11 carries as he recorded the most rushing yards by a quarterback in Monday Night Football history.

Wilson threw two touchdowns for the fourth straight game and has accounted for nine scores and one turnover this season. He hit wideout Jermaine Kearse for a 15-yard touchdown in the first quarter and running back Marshawn Lynch for a 9-yard score in the fourth. In between, Wilson faked a handoff to Lynch and scooted 9 yards for an easy rushing touchdown.

Wilson completed 18 of 24 passes (75 percent) and did not commit a turnover despite taking three sacks. With Seattle protecting a 7-point lead and just over two minutes left, Wilson eluded three rushers on 3rd-and-4 and floated one to Lynch for a 30-yard gain.

Wilson plays the Cowboys in Week 6.
