WR Eddie Royal was one of QB Philip Rivers’ top targets during the Chargers' OTAs. The 10 voluntary workouts concluded Thursday with a series of two-minute drills. Rivers led the offense on three consecutive scoring drives. Royal had several catches, including a 4th-and-long conversion.
