The Sports XChange reported that the Steelers won’t decrease WR Mike Wallace’s $2.7 million tender, something they could whack by $2 million if he remains unsigned as of Friday. Three top draftees who had to miss OTAs are expected to report to mini-camp this week as well as Wallace: OG David DeCastro , OT Mike Adams and NT Alameda Ta’amu .
