T Jeff Otah, DE Charles Johnson and DT Ron Edwards did not participate in Friday’s OTA workout, The Charlotte Observer reported. Coach Ron Rivera was quoted as saying Otah tweaked his left knee recently and underwent an MRI. The oft-injured Otah has just four starts the past two-plus seasons.
