Rams running back Todd Gurley (knee) is expected to play Sunday against the Steelers, NFL.com reports.

Gurley is officially listed as questionable for the game, but he was taking first-team reps with Tre Mason during Friday's full practice, indicating he's ready to go. He will apparently have a pregame warmup for the coaches to ensure he's ready, but it's looking very promising for the rookie to make his return after tearing his ACL last November when he was at the University of Georgia.

While he is expected to take over the starting job at some point, it wouldn't be surprising if he shares reps with Mason and Benny Cunningham early on.
