Cornerback and former New England second round pick Ras-I Dowling has been signed to the practice squad by the Jets. The Patriots parted ways with the disappointing Dowling before the regular season after snagging him 33rd overall in the 2011 draft.
Dowling earned a spot with their AFC East rivals after also trying out with the Texans and Chiefs, according to the Baltimore Sun.
