Nearly a week after the close of rookie mini-camp, GM Marty Hurney signed two free agents --RB Armond Smith and TE Joe Jon Finley -- but none of the 32 who tried out last weekend. “It's harder and harder to find guys,” coach Ron Rivera said last Sunday. The Panthers have a full 90-man roster.
