OLB Paul Kruger said he's been working as the No. 1 rush LB with Terrell Suggs sidelined with an Achilles injury. That places rookie OLB Courtney Upshaw at the strongside spot. Kruger had 5.5 sacks as a third down pass rusher in 2012 and has the added experience with the defense.
