Assistant Dave McGinnis said the installation of the defense without Gregg Williams has been seamless. McGinnis, head coach Jeff Fisher, secondary coach Chuck Cecil and LBs coach Blake Williams will share the DC duties. “This defense originated in Jeff Fisher’s office,” McGinnis said. “Jeff went through a very meticulous and orderly process in putting this staff together. In that process, he got some tremendously good teachers. I’ve been coaching in this league for 27 years and I know good from not good.”
