Denver QB Peyton Manning says that his rehab from four medical procedures on his neck is going well, and he expects to perform at a high level during the 2012 season. "I feel good, working hard,'' Manning said Saturday night in Indianapolis. "You kind of feel like a rookie again, learning a whole new offense. Unfortunately, you aren't allowed to play like a rookie."
