The Giants announced Wednesday they placed offensive lineman Geoff Schwartz on the injured reserve/designated to return list due to a dislocated right big toe. Schwartz is eligible to practice after six weeks and return to game action after eight weeks.
The team also announced it signed offensive lineman Adam Snyder to replace Schwartz on the active roster.
