Giants DE Jason Pierre-Paul, WR Victor Cruz, RB Peyton Hillis and S Cooper Taylor have been ruled out Week 16 against the Lions.
Cruz had a procedure on his knee, and has been ruled out for the rest of the season. Pierre-Paul has missed three games due to a shoulder injury.
