Cowboys win!
Cowboys leave Philly with a 38-21 win. The Cowboys are now 3-4, while the Eagles drop to 2-5. Great night for Prescott and Williams. Williams ran for a career-high 155 yards.

The Cowboys got their groove back in the City of Brotherly Love. Dallas ended its two-game losing skid by recording a 38-21 win over the Eagles, who have now lost five straight games.
Dallas' offense was unstoppable most of the night. Dallas scored on four of its five possessions in the first half and took a 20-14 lead at halftime. Philadelphia briefly took the lead in the second half before the Cowboys' offense mounted three unanswered scoring drives. Dallas put the game away when Javonte Williams found paydirt from two yards out with 2:21 left.
Conversely, it was a tremendous night for Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, who threw two touchdown passes to CeeDee Lamb and another to George Pickens. Prescott was complemented by Williams, who rumbled for a career-high 155 yards on 25 carries.
Saquon Barkley suited up for the first time in Week 4. He had a big first drive that included 49 total yards and an eight-yard touchdown run. Barkley had just one carry in the second half, however, as he clearly still isn't 100 percent.
We'll have a full breakdown shortly, but in the meantime, check out our live blog below to relive the action in real time.
Cowboys leave Philly with a 38-21 win. The Cowboys are now 3-4, while the Eagles drop to 2-5. Great night for Prescott and Williams. Williams ran for a career-high 155 yards.
Javonte Williams scores to give the Cowboys a 38-21 lead with 2:21 left. That score was set up by Overshown's pick.
Well, we'll see if the Eagles can prove me wrong. They'll have to score twice and force a Cowboys punt in the game's final nine minutes. They're off to a good start; McKee completes two quick passes and the Eagles are already past midfield.
Well, scratch that. DeMarvion Overshown just made an incredible interception, the game's first turnover. Cowboys are now in complete command with 7:47 left, up 31-21 and with possession.
A holding call and a sack ended the drive before it could get started. The Eagles' defense is now going to have to hold the Cowboys, something they've only done twice so far. Cowboys currently holding a 28-21 lead.
There's a lot of time left (14:17), but given how this game has gone, it feels like the Cowboys can put this one away if they are able to make it a two-score game. If that happens, I don't see the Eagles scoring twice and forcing a quick Cowboys punt in about a half quarter of work.
Lamb scores on a beautiful over the shoulder catch that gives the Cowboys a 28-21 late in the third quarter. Dallas gets the 2-point conversion on a designed run by Prescott. Cowboys have now scored on five of their first six possessions.
Really impressive drive for the Eagles to start the half that ends with a TD pass from McKee to Makai Lemon! TD capped off an epic 17-play, 84-yard drive that took a whopping 9:16 off the clock.
McKee was 7 of 9 for 60 yards. That's Lemon's first career TD.

TOP: Cowboys 17:14
Prescott: 12-21, 174 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT, 0 sacks
McKee: 7-13, 68 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT, 0 sacks
Lamb: 4 catches on 9 targets, 58 yards, TD
Pickens: 3 catches on 5 targets, 51 yards, TD
Flournoy: 3 catches on 3 targets, 54 yards
Barkley: 6 carries for 50 yards, TD

Eagles: 86 yards and 2 TDs on 13 carries
Cowboys: 101 yards on 18 carries
After five straight scoring drives, both teams traded punts late in the first half. The Eagles, down 17-14, will get a chance to end the first half with a score. They'll take over at their own 39 with 1:39 left until halftime. They have just one timeout.
Pickens makes one of his patented, incredible catches that gives the Cowboys a 17-14 lead with 5:37 left until the half! Unreal game so far. We've already had five scoring games and neither team has punted.
Prescott already has two touchdowns on 8 of 13 passing. Williams has more rushing yards tonight (63) than he did in either of Dallas' last two games.
The shootout continues. Dameon Pierce scores from close range to give the Eagles a 14-10 lead. The score caps off a 13-play, 76-yard drive that took over seven minutes off the clock.
What's crazy is that both teams have largely avoided third down so far. Dallas is 2-3 on third down, and the Eagles are 1-2.
Dallas is leading, but the Eagles will start the second quarter in scoring range. Tanner McKee is playing well so far. He's 5 of 7 for 66 yards.
We've got a shootout on our hands. Prescott hits Lamb from nine yards out to cap off a nine-play, 82-yard drive. The running game is really making a difference. Dallas is already up to 61 yards on nine carries.
He's clearly not 100%, but Barkley was still a difference-maker on the Eagles' first drive. His 29-yard run sets up his eight-yard touchdown as the Eagles take a 7-3 lead with 10:25 left in the first.
Barkley had 49 yards on just three touches on the four-play, 75-yard drive. The drive's other play was a 21-yard catch by rookie Makai Lemon.
Dallas starts the game with a modest seven-play, 28-yard drive that ends with a 55-yard FG by Brandon Aubrey. Prescott was just 1 of 3 for 5 yards on the drive, but Javonte Williams had some success with 23 yards on three carries. Williams has struggled in recent weeks, which has been one of the reasons why the Cowboys' offense has regressed.
Saquon Barkley is averaging 5.1 yards per carry on 36 carries this season while all other Eagles running backs have combined to average 2.8 yards per carry on 71 carries this season. A big factor in that is the Philadelphia offensive line isn't as capable of carrying the run game on its own anymore. Left tackle Jordan Mailata is the only starting offensive lineman remaining from the 2024 Super Bowl championship team. Philadelphia is 2-2 and averaging 109 rushing yards per game along with 4.2 yards per carry when Barkley has played this season. When he hasn't been able to play, the Eagles are 0-2 while averaging 28.5 rushing yards per game and 1.8 yards per carry.

Hurts reportedly played through a blood clot in Week 5 vs. the Jacksonville Jaguars in London after staying up for 36 hours. Now, it's backup Tanner McKee's time. He is one of just two Eagles quarterbacks with 200-plus passing yards in each of his first three career starts along with Bobby Hoying in 1997.
Philadelphia has averaged fewer than 4.0 yards per play in three consecutive games within a season for the first time since 1999. The Eagles have been outgained by an average of 108.3 total yards per game, the worst margin in the NFL this season. That is in part because the offense has produced under 250 total yards in four consecutive games also for the first time since 1999.

Dallas Cowboys wide receivers CeeDee Lamb (96.2 receiving yards per game, the fourth most in the NFL) and George Pickens (71.3 receiving yards per game, 17th in the NFL) both rank inside the top 20 in the entire league in receiving yards per game. They are the first teammate duo to each average 70-plus receiving yards per game on a team with a losing record through six games since 2021. The last receiving duo to do so was the Seattle Seahawks duo of DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett five years ago.
Lamb is the first Cowboys player with 550-plus receiving yards (577) and 4-plus receiving touchdowns (4) since Hall of Famer Michael Irvin did so in 1995, Dallas' last Super Bowl title season.

After throwing four touchdowns and no interceptions against the Washington Commanders in Week 2, Prescott has four touchdowns to four interceptions since Week 4. However, he has a matchup where he was thrived individually of late, at the Philadelphia Eagles, tonight. He has 10 passing touchdowns and no interceptions in seven road starts against the Eagles, which is the most road starts without an interception by a quarterback against a single opponent since 1950. Despite Prescott's individual road success in Philadelphia, his Cowboys are just 3-4 in his seven road starts at the Eagles.

"The last time we played a team who started a backup quarterback, we got our ass kicked. Seriously."
Jones, during an interview to ESPN, alluding to the team's Week 6 loss to the previously winless Buccaneers. Dallas lost to Tampa and undrafted rookie QB Jalon Daniels.
Philadelphia has won four consecutive home games against the Cowboys, which is tied for the second-longest such streak in Eagles history. Their last home loss against Dallas came in 2021. Dallas has won six consecutive Monday night road games, which is tied for the third-longest streak in the NFL since the 1970 AFL/NFL merger.
The Cowboys are coming off a 23-13 loss at the Green Bay Packers in Week 6, a game in which they trailed 17-0 at halftime. Dallas failed to score on four drives that ended on the Packers' side of the field. They ended with one punt, two interceptions and a turnover on downs. CBS Sports' Garrett Podell did a deep dive on what changed schematically with the Cowboys' offense from 2025 to 2026 after that game to diagnose the issues with coach Brian Schottenheimer's attack.

Since Dallas faced the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on "Thursday Night Football" in Week 5 and the Green Bay Packers on "Sunday Night Football" in Week 6, their offense has been in a rut. The Cowboys are averaging just 14.5 points per game the last two weeks. They have scored under 20 points in consecutive Dak Prescott starts for the first time since 2019, the last year Jason Garrett was the team's head coach.

Saquon Barkley is playing for the first time in three weeks. He was questionable for tonight's game with a hamstring injury that he sustained back in Week 4.
Both the Dallas Cowboys (2-4) and the Philadelphia Eagles (2-4) have losing records, which makes tonight just their fourth meeting in the Super Bowl era with under .500. It's also the first such matchup since 2020.
