The Eagles have announced that they have signed wide receiver Freddie Martino, who was released by Atlanta on Friday.
The team has also released fellow wideout John Harris and waived/injured defensive end Frances Mays.
Martino got into one game for the Falcons in 2014 without snagging a pass.
