LG Kris Dielman, a nine-year veteran, will announce his retirement on Thursday, according the team's website. Many have speculated that the Chargers will select an OLB in the first round of this year's draft. The Chargers' priorities, however, could change with the retirement of Dielman, who is a member of the Chargers' 50th Anniversary All-Time Team and will be difficult to replace.
