Chargers running back Donald Brown was officially ruled active for Week 9 at Miami. Brown was recently cleared from a concussion he suffered Week 5 against the Jets and is ready for his first game back from injury. His role in the rushing attack remains uncertain, as the Chargers have found success as of late with Branden Oliver.
