C Scott Wells, who missed the final two weeks of OTAs, was again excused for this week’s mandatory minicamp. Wells is in Nashville dealing with a family issue. Wells had his right knee scoped a few weeks ago, and Fisher would have held Wells out of the minicamp anyway as a precaution.
