DE Da'Quan Bowers has suffered a torn Achilles tendon while participating in the club's offseason program. Plans for surgery on Friday are being finalized. After Bowers' injury, the Bucs waived LSU QB Jordan Jefferson and retained DL Myles Wade. Wade was previously expected to be waived to make room for recently signed WR Tiquan Underwood.
